· The tooth surface adopts rough machining and grinding process, with an accuracy of level 6 or above (ISO1328).

· All gears undergo non-destructive testing during the billet stage and after final processing. The planetary carrier can be cast and welded, and the main welds of the box body are subjected to ultrasonic testing. The planetary carrier is cast as a whole or welded, and the torque output part is subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure its high strength and rigidity.

· Adopting a dynamic pressure and dynamic static pressure combined lubrication system, it is safer and more reliable.

· The design software jointly developed by the company and the State Key Laboratory is used for the optimization design of the bearing bush.

· According to the homework, three different structural forms of vertical grinding gearboxes can be selected, namely X-type (first level bevel gear+first level planetary gear), XSD type (first level bevel gear+first level parallel gear+first level planetary gear), and XSS type (first level bevel gear+two-stage planetary gear).
