In the afternoon of March 15th, Song Jilong, founder of Ningbo DONLY  and chairman of DONLY  Group, Shen Jie, executive vice general manager of DONLY  Transmission, and Xu Junjie, deputy general manager of production, visited the production sites of various factories to better meet the challenges and tasks that will be faced in the coming year. In order to console the employees who are fighting on the production line during the high-yield period, they "won the first quarter and achieved positive growth" for frontline employees Cheer up. Song Jilong explained his current production goals. In the first quarter, we entered a high production period in 2021, with a significant increase in sales orders and a record high in orders held by the company. All production plans are fully booked, and the machining equipment operates 24 hours a day. In the face of full load production, DONLY  people are not afraid of difficulties and face them head-on. Technical personnel work day and night to design with full effort, and frontline workers work overtime to ensure delivery. The company continues the system of mid night shift management personnel inspection to ensure the safety, order, quality, and efficiency of all work, and prepares for the company's successful start to production and operation in the first quarter.

Faced with the warm care and condolences of the company's leaders, all employees in each branch were deeply inspired. The loud slogans echoed through the production site, expressing their determination to strengthen their beliefs, overcome difficulties, and do their job well. With a more full mental state and work enthusiasm, and a more vigorous struggle, they will spare no effort to fight the production battle.
